Our teachers traded summer routines for a time of learning, laughter, fellowship, and discipleship at the Herzog Foundation sponsored Summit Ministries Biblical Worldview Conference! 💚💛 At Ridgefield Christian School, biblical worldview is not just something we add to education — it is the foundation of everything we do. We are grateful for teachers who continually seek to grow so they can better equip our Warriors to think deeply, love boldly, serve faithfully, and see every part of life through the truth of God’s Word. Two days of training. Countless conversations. A renewed passion for raising up the next generation of Christ followers. Thank you RCS staff for your dedication. Thank you also to Herzog Foundation and Summit Ministries for investing in Christian educators and helping us continue the mission of providing Christ-centered education rooted in truth. “For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever.” Romans 11:36

We are pleased to welcome Alex Browning to the RCS Faculty Team as our Secondary Math Teacher. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics & Mathematics from the University of Arkansas.

Alex says "I've been blessed with the task of teaching Secondary Math at RCS in the upcoming school year. I received my Bachelor's degrees in Math and Physics from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where I discovered my love for teaching and how having a deeper understanding of our universe can give us a deeper understanding of God. Outside of the classroom, you can find me shootin' hoops, playing music, cooking, or spending time with my family. Colossians 3:23"

We are pleased to welcome Taisha Kaspar to our Faculty Team as an additional 3rd Grade teacher (God is Good, and we are growing). Welcome Taisha!

Taisha Kaspar was born and raised in the small, rural town of Byesville, Ohio. She dated Lucas, her husband, throughout high school and was married the summer before her senior year of college. Taisha graduated from Muskingum University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education. She has worked in private and public schools in Alabama, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Arkansas as her husband pursued his education and career. Her favorite years include the 3 years she taught 2nd and 3rd grade at a private school and the year she homeschooled her middle son.
