We are pleased to welcome Jason Evance to Ridgefield Christian as our new Campus Safety & Security Officer (CSSO)!
Jason says, "I am incredibly honored and excited to join the Ridgefield Christian School family as CSSO & Coach. Having grown up as a pastor’s son, serving in the local church my entire life, and now serving as an Administrative Pastor, I have a passion for investing in the next generation. Coaching has never just been about the sport for me. It’s about building relationships, developing character, and helping young people become who God has created them to be. My prayer is that every athlete who comes through our program grows not only as an athlete, but as a leader, a servant, and a follower of Christ.
My wife, Skyler, and I have been married for 19 years, and we are blessed with two amazing boys, Paxton and Ryder. As a husband and father, I understand the trust families place in a coach, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’m excited to invest in our student-athletes, build a culture of excellence, and partner with parents, teachers, and our community as we pursue success in the classroom, on the court, and most importantly, in our walk with God.
I can’t wait to see all that God has in store for Ridgefield this year.

Our teachers traded summer routines for a time of learning, laughter, fellowship, and discipleship at the Herzog Foundation sponsored Summit Ministries Biblical Worldview Conference! 💚💛 At Ridgefield Christian School, biblical worldview is not just something we add to education — it is the foundation of everything we do. We are grateful for teachers who continually seek to grow so they can better equip our Warriors to think deeply, love boldly, serve faithfully, and see every part of life through the truth of God’s Word. Two days of training. Countless conversations. A renewed passion for raising up the next generation of Christ followers. Thank you RCS staff for your dedication. Thank you also to Herzog Foundation and Summit Ministries for investing in Christian educators and helping us continue the mission of providing Christ-centered education rooted in truth. “For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. Alex says "I've been blessed with the task of teaching Secondary Math at RCS in the upcoming school year. I received my Bachelor's degrees in Math and Physics from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where I discovered my love for teaching and how having a deeper understanding of our universe can give us a deeper understanding of God. Outside of the classroom, you can find me shootin' hoops, playing music, cooking, or spending time with my family. Colossians 3:23"

She believes in the power of encouragement and support, and is dedicated to creating a classroom environment where students feel valued, motivated, and confident. Allison's goal is to inspire young learners to reach their full potential academically and personally, while fostering a love for learning and growth. She is excited to be a positive influence and make a difference in the lives of students.
I am so excited to be joining the Ridgefield Christian School family this year I am passionate about teaching, coaching, and encouraging students both inside and outside the classroom. My goal is to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel supported academically, personally, and spiritually. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with my students and seeing all that God has in store this school year!
