academic and college counseling
Ridgefield Christian School focuses on developing all aspects of our students including their spiritual, intellectual and physical well-being. We seek to help students further explore their God given talents and discover where God is calling them to be upon graduation. For many, this may be college, and for others, it may be serving on the mission field, in the military, or in another capacity. Our academic advisor, Kristen Higgins, is available to guide and support RCS students and their families through this important and exciting process.
During the school year, Mrs. Higgins meets with 7th-12th grade students individually to discuss course options, college and career planning, standardized testing, and other academic matters. She is available to meet with parents by appointment. To schedule a time to meet with her, please email her at higginsk@ridgefieldchristian.org.
In addition, throughout the year, various workshops, college admissions representatives and other events are available to help students and their families discern God’s plan for their lives.
